CLEANING Products

  • At Graham Brothers llc we use safe cleaning products supplied by a local Coloado company(Clean Smart Tech). We believe it is in yours and our best interest to do so. There is no need for harsh products. 

Carpet Care Tips

  • Vacuum your carpet at least once a week. If there is a high traffic volume we recommend 2-3 times a week, maybe even daily. When carpet isn't vacuumed on a regular basis, it causes what we call traffic ways or pivot points(carpet looks smashed). When you look at sand through microscope is looks like glass, so when the soil is in your carpet & isn't being removed it is acting like sandpaper, causing the fiber to be destroyed. This is why we recommend vacuuming on a regular basis.
  • Clean up spills immediately. Use a dry or lightly damp cloth to absorb any spill. "NEVER USE BLEACH"! If you are not sure what to do, give us a call and we can provide you with our affordable Spot & Stain Removal service (970-381-6908).
  • We recommend getting your carpets Professionally cleaned every 3-6 months depending upon traffic volume. Once a carpet has created any type of walkway(smashed carpet) you cannot reverse it, the fiber is destroyed. We all know commercial carpet isn't cheap to replace, so we recommend maintaining it all costs. The price to clean it is the only a small percentage vs replacing.
  • Last, once your carpets have been professionally cleaned, we recommend having your carpets protected with our Rinse & Protect. It is a green protectant and very safe. All carpet has protectant barriers, and when cleaning carpet it can remove these barriers, so using a protectant is very wise, and insures a cleaner carpet.
